The posting

Onze klant in de regio Deurne is een financieel gezonde logistieke speler, actief binnen de grootschalige distributie van FMCG-producten. Dagelijks zorgen zij ervoor dat duizenden verkooppunten in België tijdig over de juiste producten en voorraden beschikken.

Als Aankoop & Master Data Medewerker FMCG ondersteun je de aankoopafdeling voornamelijk op administratief en analytisch vlak. Je werkt veel met Excel en het ERP-systeem, beheert productgegevens, maakt rapportages op en volgt promoties en folders nauwgezet op. Het gaat dus niet om een klassieke aankoopfunctie waarbij je onderhandelt met leveranciers, maar om een ondersteunende rol waarin data, nauwkeurigheid en structuur centraal staan.

Taken

  • Je staat in voor het correct invoeren, beheren en actualiseren van productgegevens in het ERP-systeem.
  • Je ondersteunt de category managers op administratief vlak en volgt onder andere folders, promoties en lopende acties op.
  • Je maakt rapportages op en analyseert gegevens om de aankoopafdeling en logistieke stromen verder te ondersteunen.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat alle data correct en volledig verwerkt wordt en houdt hierbij rekening met specifieke wet- en regelgeving.
  • Je springt in als back-up voor collega's binnen de aankoopondersteuning en krijgt zo een brede kijk op de werking van de afdeling

Profiel

  • Je beschikt over een relevante bacheloropleiding of hebt minstens drie jaar ervaring binnen een aankoopafdeling.
  • Ervaring binnen FMCG is noodzakelijk, zodat je vertrouwd bent met de snelheid en dynamiek van deze omgeving.
  • Je bent sterk administratief en analytisch en werkt zeer nauwkeurig.
  • Excel kent voor jou weinig geheimen en je bent vlot in het werken met verschillende systemen en grote hoeveelheden data.
  • Je spreekt en schrijft uitstekend Nederlands en kan je daarnaast vlot uitdrukken in het Frans en Engels.
