Wil jij een sleutelrol opnemen binnen aankoop en planning en zo rechtstreeks bijdragen aan een vlot draaiende productie? Dan biedt deze functie jou een combinatie van verantwoordelijkheid, afwisseling en impact.

  • Verantwoordelijk voor het volledige aankoopproces van diverse materialen.
  • Bestellen van verpakkingsmaterialen zoals karton en folie.
  • Aankopen van chemische producten en logistieke materialen zoals paletten.
  • Plaatsen van bestellingen in het ERP-systeem op basis van behoeften en forecasts.
  • Opvolgen van de volledige orderflow van bestelling tot levering.
  • Controleren van orderbevestigingen en prijzen op juistheid.
  • Oplossen van afwijkingen tussen facturen en bestellingen.
  • Proactief handelen bij leveringsproblemen en escaleren indien nodig.
  • Optimaliseren van bestelhoeveelheden met oog op prijs en efficiëntie.
  • Bepalen en beheren van veiligheidsvoorraden rekening houdend met opslagcapaciteit.
  • Ondersteunen bij tenders door het verzamelen en actualiseren van data.
  • Behandelen en registreren van klachten op een correcte manier.
  • Actief meedenken over verbeteringen in processen en systemen.
  • Samenwerken met collega's en instaan voor back-up binnen aankoop en planning.
  • Ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie, bij voorkeur tussen 3 en 5 jaar.
  • Bachelor diploma, idealiter in een economische of logistieke richting.
  • Vlotte kennis van Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
  • Ervaring met een ERP-systeem zoals SAP is een sterke troef.
  • Analytisch ingesteld en sterk met cijfers en data.
  • Nauwkeurig en gestructureerd in je manier van werken.
  • Sterk in plannen en organiseren.
  • Communicatief vaardig en duidelijk in afstemming met interne en externe partijen.
  • Stressbestendig en in staat om prioriteiten te stellen.
  • Assertief en besluitvaardig wanneer nodig.
  • Teamgericht met een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel.
