Wij zijn een gevestigde bouwonderneming met ongeveer 100 medewerkers en een sterke reputatie in de bouwsector. We realiseren dagelijks uiteenlopende aanbestedingen verspreid over Brussel en Vlaanderen.

Om onze verdere groei te ondersteunen, zijn wij op zoek naar een aankoop -en werfvoorbereider die ons team komt versterken.

Jouw functie

Als aankoper -en werfvoorbereider ben je een belangrijke schakel tussen de offertefase en de uitvoering van onze projecten. Je werkt vanuit ons kantoor in Baasrode en ondersteunt onze projectleiders en werfleiders bij de voorbereiding van een uitvoeringsdossier.

Jouw takenpakket omvat onder andere:

  • Opvragen en analyseren van offertes bij leveranciers en onderaannemers.
  • Uitwerken van kostprijsberekeningen en calculaties voor nieuwe projecten.
  • Vergelijken en onderhandelen van prijzen en aankoopvoorwaarden.
  • Voorbereiden van dossiers voor uitvoering.
  • Opstellen van bestellingen en opvolgen van leveringen.
  • Technische plannen en lastenboeken analyseren.
  • Ondersteunen van projectleiders bij de planning en organisatie van de werken.
  • Contact onderhouden met leveranciers, onderaannemers en interne collega's.

Jouw profiel

  • Je hebt een opleiding in bouwkunde of gelijkwaardige ervaring in de bouwsector.
  • Ervaring als calculator, werfvoorbereider, aankoper of projectmedewerker in de bouw is een sterke troef.
  • Je bent analytisch, nauwkeurig en organisatorisch sterk.
  • Je kan technische plannen lezen en interpreteren.
  • Je werkt vlot met MS Office; kennis van bouwspecifieke software is een pluspunt.
  • Je bent communicatief en kan zelfstandig werken.
  • Je hebt een hands-on mentaliteit en denkt oplossingsgericht.
