Onze klant is een 100% Belgische doe-het-zelfketen met meer dan 150 winkels in heel België. Klanten vinden hier alles voor hun huis en tuin, van gereedschap tot bouw- en tuinmaterialen. Onze klant staat bekend om zijn goede service, sterke merken en duidelijke communicatie. Deze doe-het-zelfketen is trots op het vertrouwen van zijn klanten. Dat blijkt uit de vele prijzen en erkenningen, zoals Beste Winkelketen Doe-het-zelf en Beste Webshop Doe-het-zelf in België. Het hoofdkantoor van onze klant ondersteunt alle winkels in België. Hier werken teams in onder andere marketing, IT, HR, finance, logistiek en aankoop. Samen zorgen zij ervoor dat de winkels vlot kunnen werken en klanten goed geholpen worden. Onze klant biedt een professionele en collegiale werkomgeving, met aandacht voor samenwerking, initiatief en groei. Medewerkers krijgen kansen om bij te leren en zich verder te ontwikkelen binnen het bedrijf. Het hoofdkantoor is vlot bereikbaar met de wagen, met ook parkeergelegenheid voor medewerkers. Ook de verbinding met het openbaar vervoer is aanwezig.

Jobomschrijving

Als Inkoopassistent bij onze klant gespecialiseerd in doe-het-zelf-materialen, bestaat jouw job uit onderstaande:

  • Je beheert en werkt productinformatie bij
  • Je houdt contact met leveranciers en winkels over het assortiment en acties
  • Je ondersteunt het inkoopteam met administratieve taken en helpt collega’s bij vragen over systemen
  • Je volgt folders, promoties en publiciteit op en maakt rapportages
  • Je denkt mee over verbeteringen van het werk en de processen

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

Voor de vacature van Inkoopassistent bij onze klant gespecialiseerd in doe-het-zelf-materialen, herken jij jezelf in onderstaande:

  • Je hebt een bachelor- of masterdiploma in een bedrijfskundige richting en minstens 2 jaar ervaring in een ondersteunende functie
  • Je werkt goed met MS Office, vooral Excel, en kennis van SAP is een pluspunt
  • Je spreekt en schrijft goed Nederlands en hebt een zeer goede kennis van het Frans
  • Je werkt efficiënt, let op details en kunt meerdere taken tegelijk doen
  • Je helpt collega’s, denkt mee en houdt van samenwerken en een praktische aanpak
