Ben jij een analytische en cijfermatige professional met een passie voor aankoop, stockbeheer en leveranciersopvolging? Dan is deze functie als Aankoopbediende, Purchase Officer, Procurement Medewerker of Inkoper misschien wel jouw volgende uitdaging.

Binnen deze veelzijdige functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het volledige aankoopproces en zorg je ervoor dat de productie steeds over de juiste materialen beschikt. Dankzij jouw nauwkeurige opvolging, commercieel inzicht en sterke onderhandelingsvaardigheden weet je de beste aankopen te realiseren bij verschillende leveranciers.

Je vergelijkt prijzen, detecteert prijsverschillen en onderzoekt waar materialen het meest voordelig én efficiënt kunnen worden aangekocht. Daarnaast bespreek je levertermijnen met leveranciers en durf je kritisch door te vragen om tot de beste afspraken te komen. Je laat je niet zomaar iets wijsmaken en houdt steeds de controle over jouw dossiers.

Als aankoopmedewerker / procurement officer werk je nauw samen met de zaakvoerder, maar neem je ook zelfstandig initiatief. Je volgt aankoopdossiers kort op, houdt stockniveaus nauwlettend in de gaten en zorgt ervoor dat materialen tijdig besteld worden — ook wanneer lange levertermijnen een uitdaging vormen.

Verder:

  • beheer en controleer je de voorraadlijsten;
  • volg je bestellingen en leveringen nauwgezet op;
  • boek je inkomende voorraad administratief in;
  • onderhoud je contacten met nationale en internationale leveranciers;
  • ondersteun je mee de continuïteit van de productie zodat klanten tijdig beleverd kunnen worden.

Binnen deze rol ben je dagelijks bezig met verschillende producten, leveranciers en aankoopdossiers, wat zorgt voor veel afwisseling en verantwoordelijkheid.

Voor deze functie zoeken we een nauwkeurige en analytische aankoopmedewerker / procurement assistant die sterk is in opvolging en graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt.

Jouw profiel:

  • Je bent cijfermatig sterk en hebt een analytische ingesteldheid.
  • Je detecteert snel prijsverschillen en denkt commercieel mee.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en durft leveranciers professioneel aan te spreken.
  • Je onderhandelt vlot over levertermijnen en aankoopvoorwaarden.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en volgt dossiers kort op.
  • Je laat niets aan het toeval over en behoudt overzicht.
  • Je neemt initiatief en kan zelfstandig werken.
  • Je hebt interesse in voorraadbeheer, aankoop en productieplanning.
  • Je spreekt vlot Engels, aangezien dit vaak de voertaal is.
  • Kennis van het Duits is een extra troef.
  • Je kan vlot overweg met administratieve taken en stockregistratie.

Diploma’s zijn minder belangrijk dan jouw mindset, analytisch vermogen en motivatie. Zowel ervaren aankoopbedienden als schoolverlaters met potentieel worden aangemoedigd om te solliciteren.
