Vanuit hun vestiging in regio Melle bedienen zij dagelijks professionele klanten en zetten zij in op een efficiënte werking, korte communicatielijnen en een hands-on bedrijfscultuur.

Jobomschrijving

  • Verantwoordelijk voor het volledige aankoopproces van diverse bouwmaterialen
  • Beheren en opvolgen van bestellingen en leveringen bij nationale en internationale leveranciers
  • Bewaken van voorraadniveaus en anticiperen op toekomstige behoeften
  • Onderhouden van duurzame relaties met bestaande leveranciers
  • Opvragen en vergelijken van offertes en voorwaarden
  • Ondersteunen/voeren van prijsonderhandelingen en optimalisaties
  • Nauw samenwerken met collega's van verkoop, logistiek en administratie
  • Correct verwerken en beheren van aankoopgegevens in het ERP-systeem
  • Actief meedenken over verbeteringen in aankoop- en voorraadprocessen
  • Een aantal keer per jaar deelnemen aan vakbeurzen en leveranciersbezoeken om nieuwe producten, marktontwikkelingen en opportuniteiten op te volgen
  • Beschikt over ervaring binnen aankoop, leveranciersbeheer, supply chain of een vergelijkbare coördinerende functie
  • Heeft affiniteit met de bouwsector, technische producten of handelsomgevingen
  • Werkt gestructureerd en behoudt gemakkelijk het overzicht
  • Is communicatief sterk en bouwt vlot professionele relaties op
  • Neemt verantwoordelijkheid en werkt graag zelfstandig
  • Communiceert vlot in het Nederlands; goede basiskennis Frans en Engels
