The posting

  • Ontwikkelen en implementeren van aankoop- en sourcingstrategieën voor de activiteiten in België en Nederland.
  • Beheren van het volledige aankoopproces: van behoefteanalyse en marktonderzoek tot leveranciersselectie, onderhandelingen en contractafsluiting.
  • Opzetten, coördineren en opvolgen van aanbestedingen en tenderprocedures.
  • Onderhandelen over contracten, prijzen, tarieven en commerciële voorwaarden.
  • Selecteren, evalueren en beheren van leveranciers.
  • Analyseren van uitgaven, aankoopdata en Total Cost of Ownership (TCO).
  • Opvolgen en analyseren van leveranciersprestaties aan de hand van KPI's en SLA's.
  • Identificeren en beheersen van contractuele en operationele risico's.
  • Ondersteunen van technische en operationele afdelingen bij complexe of strategische aankopen.
  • Samenwerken met internationale procurementcollega's om raamcontracten, leveranciersstrategieën en synergieën verder te ontwikkelen.
  • Toezien op de naleving van interne aankoopprocedures, wetgeving en compliancevereisten.
  • Identificeren en realiseren van kostenbesparingen en efficiëntieverbeteringen.
  • Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor verschillende interne stakeholders en de aankoopbelangen van de organisatie bewaken.
  • Rapporteren over aankoopresultaten, uitgaven, leveranciersprestaties en lopende verbeterinitiatieven.
  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma in Supply Chain, Logistiek, Economie of een vergelijkbare richting.
  • Je hebt minimaal 5 jaar relevante ervaring binnen procurement, purchasing of strategic sourcing.
  • Je hebt een sterk analytisch vermogen en bent zeer vaardig met Excel.
  • Je kunt complexe aankoop- en spendanalyses zelfstandig uitvoeren en interpreteren.
  • Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring met onderhandelingen, tenders, contracten en leveranciersmanagement.
  • Je bent commercieel ingesteld en weet tegelijk de belangen van de organisatie te bewaken.
  • Je durft standpunten in te nemen en op een professionele manier voor je visie op te komen.
  • Je communiceert helder, overtuigend en professioneel met zowel interne als externe stakeholders.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, gestructureerd en nauwkeurig.
  • Je bent sterk in stakeholdermanagement en kunt vlot samenwerken met verschillende afdelingen en internationale collega's.
  • Je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Nederlands en Engels.
  • Je voelt je comfortabel in een dynamische omgeving waarin snel schakelen en verantwoordelijkheid nemen belangrijk zijn.
