Jobomschrijving

Als Aankoopverantwoordelijke (purchase & sourcing) combineer je strategische aankoop, operationele betrokkenheid en teamcoaching. Dit voor de vestiging in Zele, Roncq en Nivelles.

Vanuit jouw ervaring ontwikkel je een aankoopstrategie, optimaliseer je de aankoopprocessen en implementeer je een sourcingstrategie. Tegelijk blijf je zelf actief betrokken blijft bij leveranciers, onderhandelingen en complexe aankoopdossiers.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

In deze veelzijdige functie neem je zowel een strategische als operationele rol op:

  • Ontwikkelen van sourcingstrategieën voor de verschillende sites.
  • Opvolgen en optimaliseren van het volledige aankoopproces voor de vestigingen in Zele, Roncq en Nivelles.
  • Beheren van strategische leveranciers en (complexere) aankoopdossiers, inclusief contractonderhandelingen rond prijs, kwaliteit en leverbetrouwbaarheid.
  • Opvolgen van leveranciersprestaties en KPI’s.
  • Je stemt de aankoopactiviteiten af op productiebehoeften en voorraadplanning door een nauwe samenwerking met Operations, Supply Chain en andere interne stakeholders.
  • Een team van aankopers (15-tal over 3 sites heen) begeleiden, coachen en ondersteunen
  • Bachelor- of masterdiploma in Bedrijfskunde, Supply Chain, Logistiek of een gelijkaardige richting
  • Ervaring in een strategische aankoopfunctie
  • Je combineert een strategische visie met een hands-on mentaliteit. Je haalt energie uit onderhandelen én uit het coachen van collega's
  • Ervaring binnen een productie- of industriële omgeving is een must ervaring met het aansturen van een team is een pluspunt.
  • Je beschikt over sterke onderhandelingsvaardigheden en analytisch inzicht.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
  • Je bent bereid regelmatig te reizen tussen Zele (minimaal 2 dagen per week), Roncq (1 dag per week) en Nivelles (1 dag per week).
