The posting

FunctieVoor een klant, gelegen te Hamont en gespecialiseerd in metaalwerken, zijn we op zoek naar een aankoper.

Je takenpakket als aankoper bestaat uit:

  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de aankoop, bestelling en voorraadbeheer van alle goederen en productie materialen en werf gerelateerd materiaal, rekening houdend met het lastenboek, de plannen en andere randvoorwaarden opgelegd binnen het project.
  • Een aankoopplanning helpt je hierbij.
  • Je professionaliseert de werking van supply chain processen.
  • Je bouwt verder een leveranciersnetwerk uit, onderhoudt de contacten en voert gedegen onderhandelingen (kwaliteit, leverbetrouwbaarheid, betalingstermijnen etc). Ook met onderaannemers onderhandel je de aankoopcontracten.
  • Je zoekt naar oplossingen bij leveranciersproblemen en volgt eventuele klachten naar leveranciers op.
  • Je rapporteert aan de Operations Manager.

Profiel

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma (of gelijkwaardig door ervaring) en hebt een sterke affiniteit met techniek.
  • Je hebt een goede basiskennis van metaalbewerking (staal/aluminium) en begrijpt wat er nodig is voor specifieke technische behandelingen.
  • Strategische Sourcer: Je bent een krak in het zelfstandig opsporen en bezoeken van gespecialiseerde fabrikanten voor unieke "maakdelen". Je kijkt verder dan de standaard handelsgoederen die online te vinden zijn.
  • Je hebt strategisch inzicht en vindt het een uitdaging om aankoop op zowel tactisch als strategisch niveau aan te pakken.
  • Door het projectmatige karakter van de activiteiten is planmatig en georganiseerd werken voor jou een tweede natuur.
  • Je bent een teamplayer die vlot samenwerkt met collega’s van diverse afdelingen.
  • Naast het Nederlands beheers je ook het Engels; kennis van andere talen is een mooie troef.
