Ben jij opzoek naar een een job als expert aankoper binnen een groeiende organisatie, dan is deze job misschien wel iets voor jou.

Ben jij klaar voor een sleutelrol in een sterk groeiend productiebedrijf waar inkoop meer is dan bestellen? In deze rol kan je samen met twee collega’s het hart van onze aankooporganisatie te vormen. Jullie werken gelijkwaardig samen, elk met eigen leveranciers, gedeelde verantwoordelijkheden én ruimte om te specialiseren. Can we hook you up?

Als Purchase Specialist ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheren van je eigen leveranciersportefeuille en het tijdig inkopen van producten en diensten. Je werkt in een hecht team van drie inkopers, waarin jullie elkaar ondersteunen, aanvullen, vervangen en versterken.

Een greep uit je takenpakket:

  • Beheren van je eigen leveranciersportefeuille met focus op leverbetrouwbaarheid, kwaliteit en kostenefficiëntie;
  • Onderhouden en uitbouwen van leveranciersrelaties;
  • Tijdig afroepen van materialen en afhandelen van bestellingen binnen afgesproken voorwaarden;
  • Regelmatig afstemmen met engineering, verkoop, productie en logistiek;
  • Actief bijdragen aan de verbetering van inkoopprocessen en samenwerking;
  • Key user ERP (BC/MRP): je wordt aanspreekpunt voor Business Central, ondersteunt collega’s en denkt mee over systeemoptimalisatie.

Profiel

  • Je hebt ervaring in een aankoopfunctie, bij voorkeur in een productieomgeving;
  • Je communiceert helder, werkt nauwkeurig en denkt in oplossingen;
  • Kennis van ERP-systemen (zoals Business Central) is een sterke plus;
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, maar functioneert goed in een teamsetting;
  • Je bent leergierig en wil je verdiepen in jouw specialisatie;
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en in het Engels.
