Een succesvol bouwproject begint lang vóór de eerste steen wordt gelegd. Het begint met de juiste partners, slimme onderhandelingen en doordachte aankoopbeslissingen. Als aankoper bouw bij Cordeel zorg jij ervoor dat onze projecten kunnen rekenen op de beste leveranciers, sterke contracten en duurzame samenwerkingen. Je krijgt de vrijheid om verantwoordelijkheid te nemen, denkt mee over optimalisaties en hebt een directe impact op onze projecten.

Wat ga je doen?

Als aankoper bouw ben je verantwoordelijk voor het volledige aankoopproces van meerdere bouwprojecten. Afhankelijk van de omvang en complexiteit beheer je verschillende dossiers tegelijkertijd en zorg je ervoor dat elk project tijdig over de juiste partners, materialen en diensten beschikt.

Je:

  • beheert aankoopdossiers van A tot Z: van offerteaanvraag naar prijsvergelijking en onderhandelingen tot contractfinalisatie en overdracht naar het projectteam;
  • stelt duidelijke en volledige offerteaanvragen op voor materialen, onderaannemingen en diensten, in nauwe samenwerking met projectleiders;
  • vergelijkt offertes kritisch op prijs, kwaliteit, planning, technische conformiteit en total cost of ownership;
  • onderhandelt met leveranciers en onderaannemers om de beste commerciële en contractuele voorwaarden te realiseren;
  • werkt volgens interne aankoopprocedures en zorgt voor een correcte administratieve opvolging;
  • bouwt duurzame relaties uit met bestaande leveranciers en gaat actief op zoek naar nieuwe partners, innovatieve producten en marktontwikkelingen;
  • neemt duurzaamheid mee in je aankoopbeslissingen en houdt rekening met onder andere circulariteit, milieu-impact en verantwoord ondernemen;
  • evalueert leveranciers op kwaliteit, betrouwbaarheid, veiligheid en samenwerking;
  • denkt proactief mee over optimalisaties, kostenbesparingen en alternatieve oplossingen die onze projecten nog sterker maken;
  • werkt dagelijks samen met projectleiders en collega's van de aankoopafdeling om elk project succesvol te realiseren.

Wie zoeken we?

Je bent een sterke onderhandelaar die energie krijgt van samenwerken en altijd op zoek gaat naar de beste oplossing. Je denkt analytisch, houdt overzicht en durft beslissingen te nemen.

Daarnaast breng je het volgende mee:

  • een bachelor- of masterdiploma in een bouwkundige of technische richting, of gelijkwaardige ervaring;
  • enkele jaren ervaring als aankoper of in een werfgebonden functie binnen de bouwsector;
  • een sterk commercieel inzicht en uitstekende onderhandelingsvaardigheden;
  • een gestructureerde en nauwkeurige manier van werken;
  • een proactieve mindset en een gezonde dosis ondernemerschap;
  • een uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands. Frans en Engels zijn mooi meegenomen
