Als Aankoper ben je verantwoordelijk voor een efficiënt aankoopproces en een optimaal voorraadbeheer. Je vormt de schakel tussen leveranciers, planning en het magazijn en zorgt ervoor dat de volledige goederenstroom vlot verloopt.

Jouw taken en verantwoordelijkheden

  • Beheren en optimaliseren van de goederenstromen richting het magazijn.
  • Plaatsen en opvolgen van aankooporders.
  • Zorgen voor een optimale voorraad en tijdig signaleren van afwijkingen.
  • Analyseren van voorraadniveaus per productgroep en voorstellen doen voor verbeteringen.
  • Opvolgen van automatische bestelvoorstellen binnen het ERP-systeem.
  • Afstemmen van vraag en aanbod op basis van verkoopanalyses en forecasting.
  • Actief zoeken naar nieuwe leveranciers en onderhouden van bestaande partnerships.
  • Beheren van de volledige informatiestroom binnen de supply chain.
  • Intensief samenwerken met interne afdelingen en internationale leveranciers.

Voor deze functie zoeken we een kandidaat die:

  • Minstens 2 jaar ervaring heeft als aankoper, supply chain medewerker of in een gelijkaardige logistieke functie.
  • Kennis heeft van Incoterms en internationale goederenstromen.
  • Zeer vlot communiceert in het Nederlands en Engels. Kennis van het Frans is een mooie troef.
  • Goed overweg kan met Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook en snel nieuwe ERP-software aanleert.
  • Sterk is in analyseren, plannen en organiseren.
  • Proactief, nauwkeurig en resultaatgericht werkt.
  • Graag samenwerkt binnen een familiale onderneming met korte communicatielijnen.
