Als Aankoper bij Brebuild, speel je een cruciale rol in het succesvol opstarten van elk project. Gemiddeld behandel je tussen 2 tot 4 dossiers tegelijk en schakel je tussen de verschillende dossiers. Je zorgt ervoor dat alle producten en diensten tegen de beste prijs-kwaliteitverhouding worden ingekocht en tijdig worden geleverd. Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor het onderhouden van relaties met leveranciers en het optimaliseren van de inkoopprocessen.

Als Aankoper bij Brebuild ben je verantwoordelijk voor vier belangrijke pijlers:

✅ Onderzoeken van en op zoek gaan naar (nieuwe) leveranciers.

✅ Nadenken over uitvoeringsmethodes en mogelijke varianten indien nodig.

✅ Offertes opvragen en nakijken.

✅ Technische fiches opmaken.

Afhankelijk van de lopende projecten, werk je met 1 of meerdere projectleiders op hetzelfde moment samen.

Wij zijn op zoek naar iemand die zijn of haar bijdrage wilt geven aan uitdagende renovatie- en nieuwbouwprojecten.

✅ Je beschikt over een bouwkundig diploma (bachelor of master) en/of een aantal jaren ervaring als aankoper of calculator.

✅ Je hebt een hands-on mentaliteit en gaat graag in gesprek met leveranciers en onderaannemers om de beste resultaten te behalen.

✅ Kwaliteit, kostenbeheersing en duurzaamheid staan bij jou centraal.

✅ Je bent oplossingsgericht en denkt proactief mee om alternatieven en verbeteringen voor te stellen.

✅ Je houdt van dynamiek en weet snel en efficiënt te schakelen in een steeds veranderende omgeving.
