The posting

  • Als technisch aankoper ben je verantwoordelijk voor het volledige aankoopproces van materialen, onderdelen en technische componenten;
  • Je vraagt offertes op bij leveranciers, vergelijkt verschillende aanbiedingen en analyseert deze op prijs, kwaliteit en leveringsvoorwaarden. Daarnaast onderhandel je met leveranciers om de beste voorwaarden te bekomen op het vlak van kostprijs, kwaliteit en leveringstermijnen;
  • Je bestudeert mechanische tekeningen en technische specificaties om de juiste materialen en onderdelen te selecteren. Daarbij ga je actief op zoek naar alternatieve materialen, componenten en technische oplossingen die bijdragen aan efficiëntie, kwaliteit en kostenoptimalisatie;
  • Verder volg je bestellingen nauwgezet op en bewaak je orderbevestigingen en afgesproken leveringstermijnen. Je zorgt ervoor dat logistieke parameters en leveranciersinformatie correct worden beheerd in het ERP-systeem. Ook controleer je leveranciersfacturen en waak je over een correcte administratieve verwerking;
  • Daarnaast monitor je leveranciersprestaties en rapporteer je over aankoopresultaten;
  • Je werkt nauw samen met projectleiders en diverse interne afdelingen om projecten succesvol te ondersteunen. Ook neem je deel aan interne overlegmomenten rond nieuwe materialen, technische onderdelen en aankoopstrategieën;
  • Tot slot draag je actief bij aan de optimalisatie van aankoopprocessen en zorg je voor een correcte toepassing van de procedures rond kwaliteit, veiligheid, gezondheid en milieu. Je gaat steeds discreet om met vertrouwelijke en bedrijfsgevoelige informatie en draagt bij aan een professionele en betrouwbare samenwerking met alle betrokken partijen.
  • Voor deze functie zoeken we een technisch onderlegde professional met een sterke analytische geest en een commerciële ingesteldheid;
  • Je beschikt over een bacheloropleiding in Elektromechanica, Mechanica of een gelijkwaardige technische achtergrond opgebouwd door relevante ervaring;
  • Je hebt ervaring binnen een technische aankoopomgeving, bij voorkeur in een projectmatige of industriële context. Ervaring met fijnmechanica of fijntechniek vormt hierbij een belangrijke meerwaarde;
  • Dankzij je technische expertise ben je in staat om mechanische tekeningen en technische documentatie vlot te lezen en te interpreteren. Je hebt bovendien een grondige kennis van aankoopprocessen, aankoopprocedures en leveranciersbeheer;
  • Je werkt analytisch, bent sterk met cijfers en weet aankoopdata te vertalen naar gefundeerde beslissingen. Daarnaast ben je resultaatgericht en beschik je over sterke onderhandelingsvaardigheden waarmee je duurzame samenwerkingen met leveranciers uitbouwt;
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid op, durft beslissingen te nemen en werkt zelfstandig aan je dossiers. Een goede kennis van technische materialen, componenten en specificaties helpt je om de juiste keuzes te maken binnen complexe aankooptrajecten;
  • Je beheerst zowel de Nederlandse als de Engelse taal;
  • Verder heb je ervaring met ERP-systemen. Kennis van Navision of Microsoft Dynamics NAV is een pluspunt. Dankzij je sterke communicatieve vaardigheden bouw je vlot relaties op met leveranciers, projectteams en interne stakeholders.
