In deze functie ben jij een belangrijke schakel binnen het aankoop- en voorraadbeheerproces. Je zorgt ervoor dat de voorraadniveaus perfect afgestemd zijn op de vraag vanuit de verkoop en bewaakt zo de continuïteit van de operationele werking. Je combineert analytisch inzicht met een gestructureerde aanpak en draagt actief bij aan een vlotte en efficiënte goederenstroom binnen de organisatie.

Jouw taken

  • Beheren en opvolgen van aankoopprocessen.
  • Bewaken van voorraadniveaus in functie van de verkoopbehoefte.
  • Plannen en opvolgen van binnenkomende goederenstromen.
  • Analyseren van stockposities en bijsturen waar nodig.
  • Ondersteunen bij grotere product- en klantgerichte verkooporders.
  • Nauw samenwerken met de Product Manager en het sales team.
  • Optimaliseren van interne processen binnen supply chain en inkoop.
  • Zorgen voor een correcte administratieve opvolging in het ERP-systeem.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je beschikt over een bacheloropleiding of gelijkwaardig denkniveau.
  • Je hebt ervaring binnen de staalindustrie of een gelijkaardige technische sector.
  • Je hebt een sterk inzicht in aankoop- en supply chain processen.
  • Je werkt analytisch, gestructureerd en procesmatig.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk in het Nederlands en zeer goed Frans.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van Microsoft Office.
  • Ervaring met SAP is een sterke plus.
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken en neemt initiatief waar nodig.
  • Je bent nauwkeurig en houdt graag overzicht in complexe processen.
  • Je werkt vlot samen met verschillende interne stakeholders.
