Jobomschrijving

Onze klant, gevestigd in Wilrijk, behoort al decennia tot de grootste bouwbedrijven in Vlaanderen dankzij hun gedrevenheid en focus op innovatie, kwaliteit en flexibiliteit. Als Aankoper speel je een cruciale rol in hun missie om excellence te bereiken binnen de bouwsector.

  • Aankoop & Planning: Je volgt de aankoopplanning van projecten op, organiseert periodieke overlegmomenten met de werfteams en stelt contracten en bestelbonnen op die juridisch en administratief correct zijn.
  • Projectspecifieke Aankopen: Je vraagt prijzen op, maakt prijsvergelijkingen en voert onderhandelingen met leveranciers en onderaannemers. Samen met Finance maak je grondige financiële analyses en neem je strategische aankoopbeslissingen.
  • Commercieel & Netwerken: Je bouwt actief aan integriteit en duurzame relaties door nieuwe leveranciers en onderaannemers te zoeken en de organisatie professioneel te vertegenwoordigen op events.
  • Wetgeving & Compliance: Je zorgt ervoor dat sociale wetgeving correct wordt toegepast door onderaannemers.

We zoeken iemand met ervaring en ambitie, een geboren onderhandelaar en een scherp oog voor details. Onze ideale kandidaat beschikt over:

  • Een bachelor- of masterdiploma en ervaring in een bouwtechnische projectomgeving.
  • Een analytische en oplossingsgerichte mindset, met oog voor veiligheid en klantgerichtheid.
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en een talent voor het opbouwen van langdurige samenwerkingen.
  • Resultaatgerichtheid en integriteit bij onderhandelingen en zakelijke besluiten.
