Als Aankoper ben je verantwoordelijk voor een eigen productcategorie en speel je een sleutelrol in het aankoopbeleid van de organisatie.

Je verantwoordelijkheden omvatten onder andere:

  • Vertalen van de aankoopstrategie naar concrete acties binnen jouw productcategorieën
  • Onderhandelen over prijzen en contracten
  • Uitbouwen en onderhouden van duurzame leveranciersrelaties
  • Evalueren van leveranciersprestaties op vlak van kwaliteit, prijs en leverbetrouwbaarheid
  • Actief opvolgen van marktontwikkelingen, trends en productinnovaties
  • Bewaken van marges en analyseren van kostenstructuren
  • Detecteren van risico's en opportuniteiten binnen jouw categorieën
  • Rapporteren van resultaten, risico's en optimalisatievoorstellen aan het management
  • Sporadisch bezoeken van vakbeurzen

Must haves

  • Relevante ervaring binnen aankoop, category management of leveranciersbeheer
  • Affiniteit met voeding en voedingsproducten
  • Ervaring met contractbeheer en onderhandelingstrajecten
  • Sterke analytische vaardigheden
  • Vlotte kennis van Nederlands en Engels
  • Basiskennis Frans of bereidheid om Frans te gebruiken
  • Zelfstandige en proactieve werkhouding

Nice to haves

  • Bachelor- of masterdiploma in een economische, commerciële of supply chain gerelateerde richting
  • Ervaring binnen de voedingssector
  • Kennis van margebeheer en prijsanalyses
