Als aankoper ben jij de drijvende kracht achter een professioneel en strategisch aankoopbeleid bij Inagro. Je werkt niet alleen operationeel ook denk je mee over structurele verbeteringen in onze aankoopprocessen. Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor interne stakeholders en leveranciers, en je combineert analytische scherpte met een stevige persoonlijkheid om de beste waarde voor de organisatie te realiseren.

  • Je beheert het volledige aankoopproces: van behoefteanalyse en bestek tot onderhandeling, contractbeheer en opvolging.
  • Je adviseert interne stakeholders, vertaalt hun behoeften naar haalbare aankoopoplossingen en creëert draagvlak over afdelingen heen.
  • Je onderhandelt met leveranciers vanuit een TCO-benadering, met aandacht voor kwaliteit, risico, duurzaamheid en regelgeving.
  • Je bewaakt correcte documentatie, procedures en algemene inkoopvoorwaarden, en zorgt voor een juridisch onderbouwde aanpak.
  • Je volgt markt- en leverancierstrends op en draagt actief bij aan de verdere professionalisering en digitalisering van het aankoopbeleid.
  • Persoonlijkheid & competenties Je durft standpunten innemen, onderhandelingen leiden en beslissingen verdedigen, ook in complexe situaties. Je laat je niet snel van de wijs brengen en beschikt over de nodige daadkracht en overtuigingskracht om resultaten te boeken. Je staat open voor vernieuwing en draagt actief bij aan de optimalisatie van processen en werkwijzen binnen de afdeling. Je bouwt vlot relaties op met interne en externe partners en communiceert helder en doelgericht naar diverse niveaus. Je werkt graag samen, deelt kennis en draagt bij aan een positieve teamdynamiek.
  • Kennis & ervaring Relevante ervaring in een aankoopfunctie, bij voorkeur in een (semi-)publieke of kennisgedreven organisatie. Aantoonbare kennis van aankoopprocedures, bestekken en contractbeheer. Vertrouwd met de TCO-benadering (Total Cost of Ownership) als leidraad bij aankoopbeslissingen. Sterke beheersing van administratieve processen en oog voor correcte documentatie. Kennis van de Wet Overheidsopdrachten (WOO) is een sterke troef en geniet de voorkeur. Goede beheersing van MS Office en bij voorkeur ervaring met ERP- of aankoopsystemen. Je bent in het bezit van een Bachelor diploma
