Jouw uitdaging

Als Aankoper ben je verantwoordelijk voor het optimaal beheren van voorraad, bestellingen en forecastplanning. Je werkt nauw samen met leveranciers, logistiek en interne stakeholders om een maximale beschikbaarheid van producten te garanderen.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Beheren en optimaliseren van bestellingen, voorraadniveaus en forecastprocessen.
  • Analyseren van verkoopcijfers, voorraadrotaties en markttrends.
  • Bijsturen van bestelvoorstellen op basis van vraag, voorraad en commerciële acties.
  • Proactief signaleren van tekorten, overschotten en mogelijke risico's binnen de supply chain.
  • Opvolgen van leveringen en bewaken van de beschikbaarheid van producten.
  • Onderhouden en optimaliseren van product-, prijs- en leveranciersdata binnen het ERP-systeem.
  • Intensief samenwerken met leveranciers, logistieke partners en interne afdelingen.
  • Ondersteunen van productintroducties, promoties en verbeterprojecten.
  • Actief bijdragen aan de verdere professionalisering van aankoopprocessen.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je beschikt over relevante ervaring binnen aankoop, supply chain of replenishment.
  • Je hebt een sterk analytisch inzicht en werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd.
  • Je begrijpt de impact van voorraadbeheer op verkoop, marge en klanttevredenheid.
  • Je durft kritisch naar processen en forecasts te kijken.
  • Je bent oplossingsgericht en neemt verantwoordelijkheid.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en hebt een goede kennis van het Engels.
  • Kennis van ERP-systemen en forecastingtools is een sterke troef.
  • Je voelt je thuis in een omgeving waar groei, verandering en initiatief centraal staan.
