Voor een bedrijf gespecialiseerd in meet- en regeltechniek met vestiging in Kontich, zijn we bij Unique op zoek naar een Aankoper.

Als Aankoper ben je verantwoordelijk voor de aankoop van de producten en wisselstukken voor de vele projecten Je werkt nauw samen met verschillende interne afdelingen en bouwt sterke relaties op met leveranciers. Jij bent niet alleen operationeel sterk, je denkt ook graag me na over hoe de aankoopprocessen slimmer en efficiënter kunnen worden.

Dit is jouw takenpakket:

  • Je koopt producten en wisselstukken aan voor specifieke projecten.
  • Je onderhandelt met leveranciers over prijzen, levertermijnen en voorwaarden.
  • Je plaatst bestellingen en volgt deze op de voet op.
  • Je verzorgt de operationele aankoopadministratie.
  • Je werkt het aankoopbeleid en de aankoopprocessen mee uit en optimaliseert waar mogelijk.
  • Je identificeert verbeteringen en verdere digitalisering van de aankoopafdeling.

Wie ben jij?

Je bent een hands-on aankoper die graag operationeel meedraait, maar tegelijk opportuniteiten ziet om processen te verbeteren.

  • Je kijkt terug op minstens een eerste ervaring binnen aankoop.
  • Je hebt sterke onderhandelingsvaardigheden en een commerciële ingesteldheid.
  • Je bent proactief en hebt interesse in procesoptimalisatie en digitalisering.
  • Je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend in het Nederlands en ook in het Frans kan jij vlot je plan trekken.
  • Werkte je in het verleden al met Odoo? Dat is een voordeel!
