Ben jij een proactieve aankoper met ervaring in een industriële omgeving? In deze rol ondersteun je de dagelijkse operationele inkoopactiviteiten en zorg je voor een vlotte aankoop van technische goederen, materialen en diensten. Je werkt nauw samen met interne stakeholders en leveranciers om de continuïteit van onderhouds- en projectactiviteiten te garanderen.

  • Je maakt deel uit van het procurementteam en ondersteunt de dagelijkse operationele activiteiten.
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de aankoop van technische goederen, materialen en diensten voor onderhouds- en projectactiviteiten.
  • Je beheert het volledige inkoopproces van A tot Z, van behoefteanalyse en offerteaanvragen tot onderhandelingen en administratieve opvolging.
  • Je evalueert offertes, maakt prijsvergelijkingen en onderhandelt met leveranciers om de beste voorwaarden te bekomen.
  • Je zorgt voor een correcte contractuele afhandeling en een nauwkeurige verwerking van gegevens in SAP.
  • Je ziet toe op de naleving van veiligheids-, gezondheids- en milieuregels, interne procedures en afgesproken serviceniveaus.
  • Je onderhoudt dagelijks contact met leveranciers en interne klanten en behandelt operationele afwijkingen of problemen.
  • Je reageert snel en accuraat op dringende inkoopaanvragen en veranderende prioriteiten.
  • Je draagt bij aan een efficiënte en klantgerichte dienstverlening binnen het procurementproces.
  • Beschik je bij voorkeur over een opleiding in engineering, techniek, economie of bedrijfskunde?
  • Heb je relevante ervaring binnen een operationele inkoopomgeving?
  • Beschik je over een basiskennis van industriële installaties en technische diensten?
  • Communiceer je vlot in het Nederlands en Engels?
  • Werk je efficiënt met SAP en MS Office?
  • Beschik je over voldoende financiële en contractuele kennis om inkoopdossiers correct te beheren?
  • Ben je een eerlijk, transparant en enthousiast teamlid?
  • Werk je nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en ben je sterk in het stellen van prioriteiten?
  • Ben je klantgericht, resultaatsgericht en pas je je gemakkelijk aan in een omgeving met wisselende prioriteiten?
  • Blijf je rustig onder druk en communiceer je duidelijk met zowel interne klanten als leveranciers?
  • Heb je een oplossingsgerichte instelling en kun je operationele problemen of kleine geschillen zelfstandig en pragmatisch aanpakken?
