Momenteel gaan ze op zoek naar een Aankoper.

FUNCTIE

Hier ondersteun je de Purchase Manager voor houten plaatmateriaal. Jij zorgt ervoor dat bestellingen correct en tijdig verlopen en dat de voorraad en masterdata optimaal beheerd worden.

  • Ondersteunen bij het zoeken naar nieuwe leveranciers en artikelen, condities vergelijken en meewerken aan onderhandelingen.
  • Plaatsen en opvolgen van bestellingen, van orderbevestiging tot factuurcontrole.
  • Eerste aanspreekpunt zijn voor vragen rond bestellingen.
  • Analyseren van voorraadbewegingen met Slimstock en streven naar optimale rotatie.
  • Beheren van artikeldata (prijzen, nieuwe en uitlopende producten).
  • Afhandelen van leveranciersklachten op operationeel niveau.
  • Ondersteuning bieden aan sales en marketing met productkennis.
  • Ervaring in een administratieve of commerciële ondersteuningsfunctie, bij voorkeur in aankoop, supply chain of productbeheer.
  • Kennis van voorraadbeheer en ERP-systemen is een pluspunt.
  • Sterke kennis van MS Office, kennis van Slimstock is een troef.
  • Je bent nauwkeurig, proactief en communicatief sterk.
  • Affiniteit met hout of bouwmaterialen is mooi meegenomen.
  • Je communiceert vlot in Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
  • Je werkt resultaatgericht, signaleert knelpunten en neemt initiatief om processen te verbeteren.
