The posting

  • Word het centrale aanspreekpunt voor het telersnetwerk en bouw duurzame landbouwrelaties uit met bestaande en nieuwe landbouwers.
  • Begeleid leveranciers in teeltbegeleiding en teeltoptimalisatie, geef gericht landbouwadvies en bewaak de kwaliteit van aardappelteelt en aanvoer.
  • Voer contractbespreking en prijsafspraken met landbouwers, met aandacht voor duidelijke agrocontracten en professionele samenwerking.
  • Rapporteer in een geïnformatiseerde databank, volg aanvoerplanning en oogstplanning op en zorg voor een gestructureerde agro-logistiek.
  • Combineer interne werkzaamheden (telefonische opvolging, administratie, agrarische software) met externe landbouwbezoeken bij telers.
  • Je communiceert vlot, hebt sterke omgangsvaardigheden en legt gemakkelijk contact met landbouwers en interne collega's.
  • Je bent vertrouwd met de landbouwsector en hebt relevante aan- of verkoopervaring, of een hogere opleiding in land- of tuinbouw, of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je organiseert je werk gestructureerd, bewaart overzicht over aanvoerplanning en combineert veldwerk met administratieve opvolging.
  • Je beschikt over commerciële feeling, onderhandelt graag over prijzen en contracten en bouwt duurzame leveranciersbeheer landbouw op.
  • Je werkt vlot met administratieve en agrarische software; ervaring met digitale rapportering is een plus.
