  • Als rasechte onderhandelaar ben je verantwoordelijk voor jouw dossiers van a tot z en bij grotere dossiers krijg je de nodige ondersteuning. Bestekken, aankoopprocedures, de wet op overheidsopdrachten zijn jouw favoriete lectuur. Je kent ze of bent bereid je snel in te werken, past ze toe en leeft ze na. Met jouw analytische ingesteldheid doe je voorstellen rond gunningen en niet-gunningen.
  • Je bezit een Master of Bachelor diploma (bv rechtspraktijk) of je bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Ervaring overheidsopdrachten is een vereiste.
  • Je hebt ervaring in strategische aankoop en dit bij voorkeur in een zorggebonden en/of publieke omgeving. De finesses van de dienstensector zijn je welbekend. Bovendien heb je reeds een ervaring in projectwerking en projectbeheer.
  • Klantenfocus en een groot inlevingsvermogen in hun vragen en behoeften zijn je tweede natuur.
  • Je hebt een open geest en bent flexibel ingesteld.
  • Je bent administratief sterk en hebt goede kennis van Word, Excel, PPT.
  • Analytisch en oplossingsgericht denken zijn jouw troeven en je bent vertrouwd met rapportering.
  • Je beheerst perfect de Nederlandse taal, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
