Voor een stabiele en groeiende bouwonderneming in regio Aalter zoeken we een aankoper die een belangrijke rol speelt in de voorbereiding en uitvoering van bouwprojecten. Je zorgt ervoor dat materialen, leveranciers en onderaannemers optimaal op elkaar afgestemd zijn zodat projecten efficiënt en volgens planning kunnen verlopen.

Jouw taken

  • Opvragen, vergelijken en onderhandelen van offertes en prijzen
  • Selecteren, evalueren en opvolgen van leveranciers en onderaannemers
  • Plaatsen en opvolgen van bestellingen
  • Bewaken van levertermijnen en aankoopbudgetten
  • Ondersteunen van projectleiders en calculators
  • Actief meedenken over optimalisaties binnen aankoopprocessen
  • Onderhouden van duurzame relaties met leveranciers en partners

Je werkt nauw samen met projectleiding, calculatie en administratie en krijgt de verantwoordelijkheid over je eigen dossiers.

Jouw profiel

  • Je beschikt over een bacheloropleiding of masteropleiding bouwkunde of bent gelijkaardig door ervaring
  • Ervaring binnen aankoop, bouw of technische sector is een sterke troef
  • Je bent commercieel ingesteld en sterk in onderhandelen
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en resultaatgericht
  • Je hebt een goed analytisch inzicht en oog voor detail
  • Je communiceert vlot met leveranciers, onderaannemers en collega's
  • Je neemt initiatief en denkt oplossingsgericht
