Voor een toonaangevend bouwbedrijf zoeken we een Aankoper Bouw die mee vorm geeft aan kwaliteitsvolle projecten in de regio van Antwerpen. Je komt terecht in een moderne organisatie die inzet op samenwerking, professionaliteit en groei.

Takenpakket:

  • In kaart brengen van de noden van project- en werfleiders.
  • Opstellen van offerteaanvragen en actief de markt verkennen naar geschikte leveranciers en onderaannemers.
  • Vergelijken, analyseren en beoordelen van offertes op basis van lastenboeken, plannen en meetstaten.
  • Voeren van onderhandelingen om optimale voorwaarden te bekomen inzake prijs, kwaliteit en leveringstermijnen.
  • Opmaak en opvolging van bestellingen, in samenwerking met de technische teams.
  • Regelmatig overleg met collegaaankopers binnen verschillende vestigingen en bijdragen aan raamcontracten of groepsaankopen.
  • Rapporteren aan de operationele directie en samenwerken met diverse projectteams.
  • Je beschikt over een universitaire opleiding, bij voorkeur in een technische of bouwkundige richting.
  • Je bent commercieel ingesteld en slaagt erin om onderhandelingen professioneel en doelgericht te voeren.
  • Je neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid, werkt gestructureerd en denkt toekomstgericht.
  • Je hebt een vlotte kennis van courante computerprogramma’s (o.a. Microsoft Office).
  • Interesse in bouwtechnieken of ervaring binnen de sector is een sterke troef.
