Als aankoper ben je verantwoordelijk voor het volledige inkoopproces en de strategische bevoorrading van onze projecten:

  • Samenwerken met het bouwteam om de specifieke materiaal- en onderaannemingsbehoeften van elk project nauwkeurig in kaart te brengen.
  • Offertes opvragen bij leveranciers en onderaannemers, om deze vervolgens grondig te analyseren en commercieel te vergelijken.
  • Het voeren van scherpe onderhandelingen over prijzen, leveringsvoorwaarden en contractuele afspraken met het oog op een win-winsituatie.
  • Opstellen van bestelbonnen en het nauwgezet beheren en opvolgen van het volledige bestelproces tot aan de levering.
  • Voorstellen van alternatieve materialen of innovatieve uitvoeringswijzen die de kostenefficiëntie en kwaliteit naar een hoger niveau tillen.
  • Regelmatig de werf bezoeken (gemiddeld één dag per week) om de feeling met de praktijk te behouden en de samenwerking met de werfleiding te versterken.

Profiel

Je hebt als aankoper een sterke commerciële feeling en een natuurlijk talent om langetermijnrelaties op te bouwen:

  • Je beschikt over een bouwkundige achtergrond en kunt relevante ervaring voorleggen als inkoopspecialist of calculator binnen de bouwsector.
  • Collega's omschrijven jou als een analytische denker die uiterst accuraat te werk gaat en stevig in zijn schoenen staat tijdens onderhandelingen.
  • Een diepgaande kennis van moderne bouwmaterialen, uitvoeringstechnieken en de geldende regelgeving is voor jou vanzelfsprekend.
  • Vlotte communicatieve vaardigheden en een constructieve samenwerking met diverse stakeholders typeren jouw professionele aanpak.
  • Ervaring met een ERP-pakket en een uitstekende beheersing van MS Office zorgen ervoor dat je administratief snel geschakeld bent.
