Krijg jij energie van cijfers die kloppen, producten die op tijd beschikbaar zijn en processen die elke dag slimmer worden?

Als aankoper bij Schuurman Consumentenelektronica, onderdeel van BMS zorg je ervoor dat commerciële plannen ook werkelijk kunnen worden uitgevoerd. Je bewaakt de beschikbaarheid van onze producten, vertaalt verkoopontwikkelingen naar betrouwbare forecasts en houdt grip op voorraad, bestellingen en leveringen.

We groeien snel en voegen voortdurend nieuwe merken en verkoopkanalen toe. Als aankoper krijg je daarom de kans om mee aan de basis te staan van onze verdere professionalisering.

Over ons

Wij zijn een Benelux distributeur van consumentenelektronica. Via een breed netwerk van retailers en onlineplatformen helpen we merken groeien in omzet, marge en aanwezigheid.

Een jong bedrijf met meer dan honderd jaar ervaring: die combinatie ontstond toen we Schuurman, van oorsprong Nederlands, in 2025 overnamen. Vandaag bouwen we vanuit België verder aan een volwaardige Benelux speler.

Ons merkenportfolio, onze productcategorieën en onze verkoopkanalen breiden voortdurend uit. Daarom zoeken we een aankoper die vooruitdenkt, verbanden ziet en meebouwt aan een schaalbare inkooporganisatie.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Bestellingen en replenishmentcycli beheren voor jouw merken en productcategorieën
  • Slimstock gebruiken als forecastingtool en helpen om het systeem verder te configureren
  • Verkoopsnelheid, vraagpatronen, forecasts en voorraadniveaus analyseren
  • Bestelvoorstellen bijsturen wanneer marktontwikkelingen of commerciële acties daarom vragen
  • Tekorten, vertragingen en overvoorraad signaleren voor ze een probleem worden
  • Forecasts delen met de supplychaincontacten van onze merken en levertijden opvolgen
  • Productcodes, prijzen, EDI feeds en andere masterdata correct houden in Odoo
  • Afstemmen met logistiek en het magazijn over leveringstiming en afwijkingen
  • Meedenken over productintroducties en promoties, en de impact op voorraad beoordelen
  • Meebouwen aan processen die kunnen meegroeien met nieuwe merken en verkoopkanalen

Profiel

We zoeken iemand die nauwkeurigheid combineert met initiatief. Graag met data werken, maar ook begrijpen wat er commercieel en operationeel achter die data gebeurt.

  • Analytisch, nauwkeurig en gestructureerd
  • Oog voor het verband tussen verkoop, forecast, voorraad en klanttevredenheid
  • Eigenaarschap nemen, zonder te wachten tot iemand anders een probleem opmerkt
  • Een forecast, bestelvoorstel of bestaande werkwijze kritisch durven bekijken
  • Rust houden wanneer leveringen vertragen of beschikbaarheid onder druk komt
  • Proactief communiceren en collega’s tijdig op de hoogte brengen
  • Graag werken met digitale systemen en meebouwen aan hun inrichting
  • Vlot Nederlands, met voldoende Engels om uit de voeten te kunnen

Ervaring met een ERP systeem zoals Odoo of een forecastingtool zoals Slimstock is een voordeel. Belangrijker is dat je systemen snel doorgrondt en ze kritisch leert gebruiken.
