Onze klant biedt bouwprojecten aan als totaaloplossing, van ontwerp tot oplevering. Al vanaf de ontwerpfase wordt actief meegedacht om projecten efficiënter, duurzamer en beter op maat van de klant uit te werken. Dankzij een sterke focus op voorbereiding, begeleiding en nabijheid kunnen klanten rekenen op een persoonlijke en vlotte samenwerking.

Jobomschrijving

Als Aankoper Bouw ben je verantwoordelijk voor het tijdig, kwalitatief en kostenefficiënt inkopen van materialen, diensten en onderaannemers voor uiteenlopende bouwprojecten. Vanuit Hasselt of een van de andere regionale hubs werk je nauw samen met projectleiders, calculators, werkvoorbereiders en leveranciers. Je krijgt de kans om mee te bouwen aan grote design-and-buildprojecten binnen zowel utiliteitsbouw, appartementsbouw als complexe industriële projecten.

Je takenpakket omvat onder meer:

  • Analyseren van aanbestedingsdossiers, plannen, lastenboeken en technische specificaties.
  • Opvragen, vergelijken en onderhandelen van offertes bij leveranciers en onderaannemers.
  • Bewaken van prijs, kwaliteit, levertermijnen, beschikbaarheid en contractuele afspraken.
  • Selecteren en evalueren van geschikte partners voor uiteenlopende bouwkundige en technische werken.
  • Opstellen van aankoopvergelijkingen, bestelbonnen en onderbouwde aankoopvoorstellen.
  • Afstemmen met projectteams over planning, uitvoerbaarheid, alternatieve materialen en mogelijke optimalisaties.
  • Opvolgen van bestellingen, leveringen en eventuele wijzigingen tijdens de uitvoering.
  • Onderhouden van duurzame professionele relaties met leveranciers en onderaannemers.
  • Bijdragen aan kostenbeheersing, risicoanalyse, duurzaamheid en het hergebruik van materialen waar mogelijk.

Je werkt hoofdzakelijk vanuit Hasselt, maar kunt afhankelijk van je woonplaats en de projecten ook vanuit Antwerpen, Brussel of Gent werken. Omdat de projecten regionaal gespreid zijn, is een zekere mobiliteit naar werven, leveranciers en projectlocaties vanzelfsprekend.

Voor deze functie zoeken we een ervaren aankoper die vertrouwd is met de complexiteit en schaal van professionele bouwprojecten. Je combineert commerciële onderhandelingsvaardigheden met voldoende technische kennis om offertes correct te beoordelen en de impact van aankoopbeslissingen op planning, kwaliteit en uitvoering in te schatten.

Je brengt bij voorkeur het volgende mee:

  • Relevante ervaring als aankoper binnen een professionele bouwomgeving.
  • Ervaring met middelgrote tot grote bouwprojecten; ervaring met klasse 8-projecten is een duidelijke troef.
  • Kennis van bouwmaterialen, onderaannemers, uitvoeringsmethodes en de gangbare aankoopprocessen in de bouwsector.
  • Ervaring met het analyseren van aanbestedingsdocumenten, technische dossiers en offertes.
  • Sterke onderhandelingsvaardigheden en het vermogen om prijs, kwaliteit, planning en risico in balans te brengen.
  • Een gestructureerde en nauwkeurige werkstijl, met aandacht voor opvolging en administratieve volledigheid.
  • Goede kennis van het Nederlands; kennis van het Frans of Engels is een pluspunt.
  • Vlotte communicatie en het vermogen om constructief samen te werken met projectteams, leveranciers en onderaannemers.
  • Bereidheid om je te verplaatsen tussen Hasselt, de andere hubs en relevante projectlocaties.
  • Een professionele, integere en oplossingsgerichte houding.

Ervaring die uitsluitend werd opgebouwd binnen particuliere woningbouw of kleine staalconstructies sluit doorgaans minder goed aan bij de schaal en complexiteit van deze functie. Kandidaten met een achtergrond bij een grotere bouwonderneming of met ervaring in complexe utiliteits-, infrastructuur- of industriële projecten hebben een sterke uitgangspositie.
