Aankoper - Indirecte Aankopen & Voeding

Voor een groeiende Belgische organisatie zijn we op zoek naar een Aankoper die mee vorm geeft aan een professioneel en toekomstgericht aankoopbeleid. Je komt terecht in een ervaren procurementteam en krijgt een brede verantwoordelijkheid over zowel indirecte aankopen als een deel van de aankoop van voedingsproducten. Je werkt nauw samen met interne stakeholders en leveranciers en speelt een belangrijke rol in het optimaliseren van kosten, kwaliteit en leveranciersrelaties.

  • Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruit zien? Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het volledige aankoopproces van uiteenlopende producten en diensten. Je focust voornamelijk op indirecte aankopen (OPEX), met onder andere dossiers binnen IT, HR en marketing. Daarnaast neem je een deel van de aankoopdossiers voor voedingsproducten over en ben je mee verantwoordelijk voor het beheer en de verdere optimalisatie hiervan. Je ondersteunt interne afdelingen bij marktonderzoek en analyseert het aanbod van bestaande en potentiële leveranciers. Je staat in voor de selectie en evaluatie van leveranciers in overleg met de betrokken interne stakeholders. Je voert onderhandelingen over prijzen, contractvoorwaarden en serviceniveaus en staat in voor het afsluiten van overeenkomsten. Je analyseert bestaande en nieuwe contracten en bewaakt onder andere aansprakelijkheden, serviceniveaus en contractuele risico's. Je identificeert opportuniteiten voor kostenoptimalisatie, efficiëntiewinst en verdere professionalisering van het aankoopbeleid. Je verwerkt aankoopgegevens in SAP en staat in voor rapportering en analyses via Power BI. Je werkt nauw samen met een aankoopteam van 6 collega's en neemt verantwoordelijkheid op voor jouw toegewezen aankoopdossiers.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Je beschikt over een hogere opleiding en hebt ongeveer 5 jaar relevante ervaring binnen aankoop of procurement.
  • Je hebt ervaring met aankoop binnen verschillende categorieën en/of domeinen.
  • Ervaring binnen voeding of FMCG is een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van het Nederlands en Engels.
