Voor een Belgische organisatie met familiaal karakter en een sterk groeiverhaal gaat Robert Half op zoek naar een Aankoper (M/V/X) voor de vestiging in regio Gent.

Je komt terecht in een open, no-nonsense omgeving met korte lijnen en veel betrokkenheid. Functieomschrijving van deze rol als Aankoper (M/V/X):

  • Je beheert het volledige aankoopproces van diensten en projecten (indirect spend), afhankelijk van de noden en de lopende dossiers. Je werkt nauw samen met interne stakeholders en maakt deel uit van een hecht aankoopteam, waarbij je rapporteert aan de aankoopmanager.
  • Je ondersteunt interne teams bij marktonderzoek en vergelijkt het beschikbare aanbod van bestaande en nieuwe leveranciers. Je begeleidt de selectie van leveranciers en onderhandelt contracten en samenwerkingsvoorwaarden, inclusief levertermijnen, prijsafspraken en commerciële clausules.
  • Je controleert nieuwe en lopende contracten op onder meer aansprakelijkheid en boeteclausules. Je evalueert leveranciers op het juiste moment, stuurt bij waar nodig en neemt initiatieven rond optimalisatie en kostenreductie zonder de kwaliteit uit het oog te verliezen.
  • Je registreert afspraken en bestellingen in het ERP-systeem en maakt rapporteringen op via BI-tools. Je hebt veel contact met leveranciers, maar verplaatsingen blijven beperkt: het merendeel van je werk gebeurt vanuit kantoor.

Profiel

  • Je behaalde minimum een bachelor diploma en hebt ongeveer 5 jaar ervaring in een aankoopfunctie. Je hebt ervaring met aankopen over meerdere domeinen heen en je voelt je comfortabel in een rol met veel stakeholdermanagement en contractonderhandelingen.
  • Je bent gestructureerd, communicatief en flexibel, en je kan vlot prioriteiten stellen wanneer er meerdere dossiers tegelijk lopen. Je onderhandelt stevig en professioneel, durft duidelijke grenzen te stellen richting leveranciers en bewaart tegelijk een constructieve relatie.
  • Je combineert analytisch inzicht met een pragmatische aanpak. Technische affiniteit is een plus, net als kennis van SAP of een gelijkaardig ERP-systeem.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en kan je professioneel uitdrukken in het Engels.
