Als aankoper bouw je mee aan een toekomstgericht aankoopbeleid binnen een groeiende familiale onderneming gespecialiseerd in vloer- en wandoplossingen.

Je combineert feeling voor interieur en materialen met analytisch inzicht en sterke onderhandelingsvaardigheden.

Geen losse bestellingen, wel doordachte keuzes die impact hebben op het hele bedrijf.

Wat ga je doen?

Je start met een grondige inwerkperiode zodat je producten, leveranciers en interne werking écht begrijpt.

Daarna neem je het aankoopproces in handen.

  • Je doet marktonderzoek en volgt trends in materialen en afwerking op.
  • Je vergelijkt producten, prijzen en leveranciers en maakt onderbouwde keuzes.
  • Je onderhandelt over contracten, voorwaarden en volumes.
  • Je bouwt duurzame relaties uit met leveranciers.
  • Je volgt leveringen op en grijpt in bij fouten of afwijkingen.
  • Je zorgt dat het volledige aankoopdossier administratief klopt van A tot Z.
  • Je werkt in daguren en neemt één zaterdagvoormiddag per week op, gecompenseerd tijdens de week.

Wie zoeken we echt?

Iemand met commerciële scherpte, structuur en zin voor samenwerking.

  • Je hebt passie voor interieur en materialen.
  • Je hebt enkele jaren ervaring in een aankoopfunctie, bij voorkeur in de bouw- of interieursector.
  • Je onderhandelt graag en onderbouwd.
  • Je werkt analytisch en bent sterk in administratie, vooral in Excel.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels. Spaans of Italiaans is een plus.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd, stelt prioriteiten en behoudt overzicht.
  • Je bent proactief, servicegericht en probleemoplossend.
  • Je werkt autonoom, maar functioneert vlot in team.
  • Je bent bereid om een zaterdagvoormiddag te werken.
