Onze aankoopdienst

De groep CM-MC is onderhevig aan de wetgeving van openbare aanbestedingen. De aankoopdienst begeleidt de aankoopprocessen voor alle leveringen, diensten en werken van onze organisatie en haar strategische partners zodat aan de meest gunstige voorwaarden aangekocht wordt.

We beheren aankoopdossiers, werken een aankoopbeleid uit, stroomlijnen aankoopprocessen en sluiten langlopende contracten en raamovereenkomsten af. Met enthousiasme en zin voor dienstverlening bouwen wij een partnership op met onze interne klanten.

Binnen de groep CM-MC maken de IT-aankopen een belangrijk deel uit van de leveranciersuitgaven. Dit binnen de verschillende domeinen:

• Services (contigent labour, consultancy)

• Software & SAAS, inclusief security

• Telecom & network (data, mobile, fixed)

• Infrastructure & Cloud (servers, laptops, storage, hosting)

Jouw rol als IT-aankoper

• Je analyseert de noden van de organisatie en de interne klanten en bepaalt samen met hen de aankoopstrategie en rolt deze verder uit. Je werkt samen met technische teams om noden en specificaties te begrijpen.

• Op basis van de aankoopstrategie help je de interne klanten om op de meest gepaste manier aan te besteden zodat ze er de hoogst mogelijke waarde uithalen. Dit alles binnen het regelgevend kader van de overheidsopdrachten.

• Je beheert aankoopdossiers voor IT-producten en -diensten.

• Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de sourcing van je dossiers, van prospectie tot en met het gunnen van de opdracht.

• Je stelt per dossier je planning en doelstellingen op, en je waakt erover dat de vastgelegde mijlpalen en doelen worden gerespecteerd.

• Je beheert IT-leveranciers (onderhandelen over contracten, uitvoering controleren, opnieuw onderhandelen over prijzen).

• Je optimaliseert kosten door de juiste balans te vinden tussen bewaakt kwaliteit, betrouwbaarheid en budget.

• Je houdt toezicht op onderhoudscontracten, zorgt voor tijdige vernieuwing van licenties en contracten, en bewaakt de IT-markttermijnen.

• Je werkt, samen met je collega’s, mee aan de ontwikkeling van categorieplannen voor verschillende aankoopcategorieën.

• Ervaring als IT-aankoper.

• Ervaring met openbare aanbestedingen (of interesse om je hierin te ontwikkelen).

• Goede kennis van het Nederlands en het Frans.

• Proactief en klantgericht.

• Nauwkeurig.

• Zelfstandig.

• Pragmatisch ingesteld.

• Sterk analytisch denkvermogen.

• Sterke onderhandelingsvaardigheden.

• Sterke communicatievaardigheden.
