The posting

Voor een logistieke en commerciële speler in de versketen (FMCG) zoeken we een nauwkeurige aankoper Packaging. In deze spilfunctie ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het dagelijks voorraadbeheer en de kortetermijnaankoop van ons brede assortiment verpakkingsmaterialen (zoals folies, karton en labels). Jij zorgt ervoor dat de versproducten altijd tijdig, in de juiste verpakking én volgens de kwaliteitsnormen richting hun eindbestemming vertrekken.

Takenpakket

Als aankoper voor verpakkingen vorm je de schakel tussen aankoop, voorraadbeheer, productie en logistiek. Je focust op de operationele plannings- en aankoopbehoeften op korte en middellange termijn, zodat onze verpakkingslijnen nooit stilvallen. In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen van afnameforecasts, het plaatsen en opvolgen van bestellingen, en het onderhouden van de dagelijkse leverancierscontacten.

  • Je plaatst, verwerkt en volgt bestellingen voor verpakkingsmaterialen op, bewaakt de levertermijnen en grijpt proactief in bij dreigende tekorten.
  • Je beheert de voorraadniveaus van jouw verpakkingskorf, stelt minimumvoorraden en bestelparameters scherp en analyseert verwachte behoeften.
  • Je maakt accurate forecasts van de verwachte afname bij onze retailpartners en stemt deze af met de interne afdelingen (productie, transport, kwaliteit).
  • Je onderhoudt dagelijks contact met nationale en internationale leveranciers van verpakkingsmaterialen, evalueert levertermijnen en documenteert eventuele prijs- of kwaliteitsafwijkingen.
  • Je denkt actief mee over alternatieve verpakkingsoplossingen, duurzame materialen en het efficiënter inrichten van de interne goederenstroom.

Wie we zoeken:

  • Je beschikt over een Bachelordiploma of relevante ervaring binnen aankoop, material planning of voorraadbeheer - idealiter binnen fmcg, voeding of retail.
  • Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring met of affiniteit met verpakkingsmaterialen (folies, karton, etiketten).
  • Uitstekende beheersing van het Nederlands en een goede werkkennis van het Engels.
