Jobomschrijving

Wil jij het verschil maken in een internationale productieomgeving waar innovatie, kwaliteit en samenwerking centraal staan? Als Purchaser/Planner speel je een sleutelrol in supply chain. Je zorgt dat materialen, componenten en diensten tijdig beschikbaar zijn voor de productie. Binnen de HPT-werking (High Performance Team) werk je nauw samen met interne teams en leveranciers aan leverbetrouwbaarheid, voorraadoptimalisatie en procesverbetering.

Jouw belangrijkste taken:

  • Materiaal- & Productieplanning: Beheren van materiaalbehoeften op basis van forecasts, klantorders en voorraadniveaus. Je stemt prioriteiten en kritieke materialen continu af met de productieplanning.
  • Aankoop & Leveranciersbeheer: Plaatsen en bewaken van aankooporders, controleren van orderbevestigingen en het opvolgen van leveranciersprestaties. Bij afwijkingen of risico's escaleer je tijdig.
  • Knelpunten oplossen: Signaleren en oplossen van materiaaltekorten, backorders en planningsknelpunten om de continuïteit te waarborgen.
  • Systemen & Data: Optimaal benutten van ERP/MRP-systemen en Kanban-processen. Daarnaast onderhoud je de masterdata en planningsparameters.
  • Logistieke Coördinatie: Ondersteunen van kittingactiviteiten voor productieorders en het (in samenwerking met logistiek) aansturen van een correcte shipping-flow.
  • Analyse & Rapportage: Analyseren van en rapporteren over voorraadniveaus, verbruikspatronen, levertijden en leverbetrouwbaarheid.
  • Continu Verbeteren: Cross-functional samenwerken (met o.a. Engineering en Kwaliteit) en actief bijdragen aan kostenbesparingen en procesverbeteringen volgens de HPT-structuur.
  • Een bachelor in Supply Chain Management, Logistiek, Bedrijfskunde, Aankoop (of gelijkwaardig door ervaring)
  • Relevante ervaring als Purchaser, Planner, Buyer of Materiaalplanner, bij voorkeur binnen een productie- of manufacturingomgeving
  • Sterke kennis van ERP/MRP-systemen (ervaring met SAP of Oracle is een grote plus)
  • Vertrouwdheid met Kanban, voorraadbeheer, materiaalplanning en operationele aankoopprocessen
  • Jouw troeven: je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en analytisch
  • Prioriteiten stellen en het overzicht bewaren in een dynamische omgeving is voor jou geen probleem
  • Proactieve instelling: je neemt initiatief en denkt actief mee in oplossingen en verbeteringen
  • Vlotte communicatie met zowel interne teams als externe leveranciers
  • Uitstekende beheersing van het Nederlands en Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk
  • Tot slot bezit je een goede basis van Microsoft Office, met een sterke focus op Excel
