Voor een groeiende projectontwikkelaar zoeken we een ervaren Aankoper regio Brugge. In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het prospecteren, onderhandelen en aankopen van projectgronden in West-Vlaanderen en aan de Belgische kust. Je bouwt een sterk netwerk uit en bent dagelijks onderweg om nieuwe opportuniteiten te detecteren. Zoek je een uitdagende functie als Aankoper regio Brugge? De functie inhoud Wat staat er jou te wachten als Aankoper regio Brugge?

  • Je prospecteert actief naar geschikte projectgronden voor residentiële ontwikkelingen.
  • Je onderhandelt met eigenaars en begeleidt het volledige aankoopproces.
  • Je analyseert opportuniteiten en beoordeelt de haalbaarheid van nieuwe projecten.
  • Je bent veel onderweg binnen West-Vlaanderen en de kustregio om nieuwe opportuniteiten te detecteren.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig en beheert jouw dossiers van A tot Z.
  • Je levert een belangrijke bijdrage aan de verdere groei van de projectportefeuille.

  • Je werkt zelfstandig, bent volhardend en neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid.
  • Eerlijkheid, correctheid en een no-nonsense mentaliteit typeren jouw aanpak.
