Prof Praxis is een gerenommeerd bedrijf in de gereedschapswereld met meer dan 33 jaar expertise. Wij zijn een onderneming dat gespecialiseerd is in de verkoop van bouwgereedschappen, waarvan de distributie gebeurt via de gespecialiseerde vakhandel.

Binnen de functie van aankoper (m/v/x) ben je verantwoordelijk voor het strategische beheer van de supply chain flows en het voorraadbeheer.

Zo zorg je onder andere voor de opvolging en de optimalisatie van goederenflows naar het warehouse. Je staat in voor het order- en voorraadbeheer en signaleert afwijkingen in de vooropgestelde bestelvoorstellen die door het systeem worden gegenereerd.

Verder analyseer en monitor je de voorraden per productgroep. Je opereert als draaischijf tussen de vraag (naar aanleiding van analyses uit het verleden) en het aanbod (in kader van planning). Hiervoor contacteer je waar nodig ook potentiële nieuwe leveranciers.

Bovendien beheer je de flow van informatie met betrekking tot de volledige supply chain en onderhoud je nauwe contacten met de key suppliers.

  • Omdat je minstens 2 jaar ervaring hebt in een soortgelijke functie en kennis hebt van Incoterms.
  • Omdat je over een zeer goede kennis beschikt van het Nederlands en Engels. Kennis van het Frans is een pluspunt.
  • Omdat je vlot werkt met mail, Word en Excel en snel ingewerkt bent in een bedrijfseigen ERP.
  • Omdat je graag voor een familiale KMO werkt waarbinnen er steeds geinnoveerd wordt.
