The posting

Voor een internationale en financieel gezonde organisatie binnen de voedingsindustrie zijn we op zoek naar een aankoper in de voeding. In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheren en verder uitbouwen van relaties met landbouwers en leveranciers. Je combineert aankoop, leveranciersbeheer en teeltopvolging met een sterke commerciële en organisatorische verantwoordelijkheid.

Je krijgt de kans om je te verdiepen in de jouw markt en wordt, na een grondige interne opleiding, een belangrijk aanspreekpunt voor het netwerk van landbouwers.

Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruit zien?

  • Je beheert een eigen portefeuille van landbouwers en leveranciers en bouwt duurzame relaties met hen uit.
  • Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor landbouwers en begeleidt hen bij het leveren van kwalitatieve producten..
  • Je bespreekt met landbouwers de aankoopvoorwaarden, prijzen en contracten.
  • Je volgt de kwaliteit, beschikbaarheid en aanvoer nauwgezet op.
  • Je staat mee in voor de aanvoerplanning en stemt hiervoor regelmatig af met collega's binnen aankoop en andere betrokken afdelingen.
  • Je volgt marktontwikkelingen en evoluties binnen de sector op en vertaalt deze naar jouw aankoopdossiers.
  • Je registreert en verwerkt relevante informatie in de interne databanken en SAP.
  • Je combineert een interne administratieve en coördinerende rol met regelmatige bezoeken aan landbouwers.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met andere aankopers en rapporteert aan de verantwoordelijke binnen de aankooporganisatie.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of master bio-engineer en hebt bij voorkeur enkele jaren relevante werkervaring.
  • Je hebt affiniteit met de landbouwsector en/of ervaring binnen aankoop of verkoop van voedingsproducten.
  • Je bent commercieel ingesteld en voelt je comfortabel in het onderhandelen en onderhouden van professionele relaties.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en weet je vlot aan te passen aan verschillende gesprekspartners.
  • Je bent assertief wanneer nodig, maar bouwt tegelijk op een respectvolle manier duurzame relaties uit.
  • Ervaring met SAP is een belangrijke troef.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en Frans. Kennis van Engels is een meerwaarde.
  • Je bent bereid om zowel intern als extern te werken en regelmatig landbouwers te bezoeken.
