Pauwels Sauzen is een Belgisch familiebedrijf gespecialiseerd in de productie van sauzen. Om hun gemotiveerd team uit te breiden zijn ze opzoek naar een Aanmaakoperator in 2-ploegen.

Wat verwachten we van jou?

  • Je behaalde een A2 niveau of gelijkwaardig door ervaring bij voorkeur in de voedingssector.
  • Je hebt een basisinzicht in proces en installaties.
  • Je bent vaardig met PC.
  • Je hebt een technisch inzicht en bent in staat om kleine afstelproblemen op te lossen.
  • Je kan een elektrische transpallet bedienen.
  • Je kan duidelijk en gestructureerd communiceren.

Functieomschrijving

Je staat in voor het instellen, bedienen en controleren van de aanmaakinstallaties op basis van de vooropgestelde planning. Dit omvat:

  • Controleren van de afgewogen ingrediënten op nummer, gewicht en datum;
  • Aanvoeren van afgewogen en containerproducten naar de aanmaakinstallatie met elektrische transpallet;
  • Aanmaken van premixen, koulis en sauzen volgens receptenblad;
  • Instellen van doseringspompen en aansluiten van doseringen (feedhoppers, eigeel,..);
  • Instellen van de aanmaakinstallaties;
  • Controleren van parameters (zoals temperatuur en doseersnelheid) van de aanmaakinstallaties;
  • Registreren (via formulieren en PC) van de uitgevoerde werkzaamheden en controleresultaten;
  • Stalen nemen en laten controleren door het labo;
  • Doorsturen of overpompen van sauzen naar de afvulinstallaties of afvullen in containers;
  • Manueel of via CIP installatie reinigen van leidingen, koppelingen, filters en gehele werkomgeving.
