Dan ben jij misschien wel de nieuwe collega die ons A²B-team zoekt. Impact zoekt namelijk een enthousiaste parttime aanvangsbegeleider voor het secundair onderwijs (of buitengewoon secundair onderwijs).

Wat mag je doen?

Als aanvangsbegeleider ben jij een cruciale schakel in de professionele groei van startende personeelsleden.

  • Je ondersteunt en coacht nieuwe personeelsleden op pedagogisch en didactisch vlak.
  • Je woont lessen bij, geeft feedback, leidt intervisies en organiseert vorming.
  • Je denkt mee met het A²B-team over de opbouw van sterke begeleidingstrajecten.
  • Je bezoekt de starters in hun scholen en bent voor hen een klankbord, motivator en sparringpartner.
  • Je houdt je begeleidingsacties nauwkeurig bij.

Wie zoeken we?

  • Je hebt minstens 10 jaar ervaring als leerkracht in het secundair onderwijs.
  • Ervaring in het buitengewoon onderwijs is een meerwaarde maar geen must.
  • Je bent sociaal en empathisch en beschikt over uitstekende luistervaardigheden.
  • Je bent zelfstandig en plant je agenda efficiënt.
  • Je vindt het fijn om in verschillende scholen actief te zijn.
  • Je wil blijven groeien in je rol als aanvangsbegeleider.
