Dat vraagt een professionele en flexibele werkhouding. Naast het spelen in het Nederlands Philharmonisch zal jouw jaartaak ook het spelen van kamermuziek en educatieve projecten omvatten; - Je straalt enthousiasme uit op elk podium; - Je hebt een talent voor samenwerking op harmonieuze wijze, je hebt goede communicatieve vaardigheden en kunt op een prettige wijze feedback geven; - Naast je muzikale verantwoordelijkheid, lever je als aanvoerder een belangrijke bijdrage aan het orkestmanagement. Je leidt groepsrepetities, bent in staat positieve feedback te geven en te ontvangen, bevordert een goede samenwerking in de groep en tussen groepen en bent gesprekspartner voor het management. Arbeidsvoorwaarden: - Je start met een arbeidsovereenkomst voor bepaalde tijd; - Aanstellingspercentage van 60%; - Het salaris zal in overeenstemming met de CAO Nederlandse orkesten zijn in schaal 3 (110% kolom). De trede hangt af van jouw ervaringsjaren in een professioneel orkest; - Verplichte deelname in het ABP pensioenfonds; - Verschillende toeslagen volgens de CAO Nederlandse Orkesten, die je op www.vvno.nl kunt vinden; - Indicatie van de startdatum is augustus 2027; - Unieke kans om zowel opera's en symfonieën als kamermuziek en educatie/sociale projecten te spelen.
