Goeiemorgen! Met een glimlach stap je de winkel binnen, begroet je je collega’s en neemt je eerste slok koffie. De winkel ontwaakt, de rekken zijn nog stil… maar jij staat al te popelen om alles tot leven te brengen. Straks stromen de klanten binnen en dankzij jou ligt onze afdeling groenten en fruit er perfect bij!

Bij ons draait alles om versheid, kwaliteit en een warm welkom voor elke klant. Als medewerker op de afdeling groenten & fruit ben jij een onmisbare schakel in die beleving. Jij zorgt ervoor dat onze producten niet alleen goed zijn, maar er ook onweerstaanbaar uitzien.

Wat ga je doen? Als medewerker groenten en fruit zorg jij ervoor dat onze afdeling elke dag straalt:

  • Je vult de afdeling aan volgens het FIFO-principe (First In, First Out)
  • Je controleert de versheid en kwaliteit van alle AGF-producten
  • Je verwijdert producten die niet meer voldoen aan onze kwaliteitsnormen
  • Je zorgt voor een net, aantrekkelijk en uitnodigend winkelbeeld
  • Je helpt klanten met een glimlach en beantwoordt hun vragen
  • Je springt bij aan de kassa of bij andere taken in de winkel wanneer nodig
  • Je helpt mee met bestellingen en het opvolgen van stock
  • Je ondersteunt waar nodig bij algemene uitpak en winkelwerking

Kortom: jij zorgt ervoor dat alles vlot draait en klanten graag terugkomen.

Jouw profiel

  • Jij brengt elke dag een glimlach mee die klanten meteen op hun gemak stelt
  • Je bent kwaliteitsbewust en hebt een sterk oog voor detail
  • Ervaring in een supermarkt of retail is een must, maar vooral jouw motivatie en inzet maken het verschil
  • Je bent klantgericht en communiceert vlot en vriendelijk in het Nederlands. Basiskennis van het Frans.
  • Je bent fysiek in staat om actief werk te verrichten (tillen, staan, aanvullen)
  • Je bent een echte teamspeler met een positieve, helpende houding
  • Flexibiliteit is voor jou vanzelfsprekend: werken in wisselende shifts, inclusief avonden en weekends, schrikt jou niet af
