Das Wein- und Genussgut Krispel wird bereits in zweiter Generation von Stefan Krispel erfolgreich geführt.

Zum einen, das Weingut, das mit seiner Qualität weit über die Grenzen Österreichs hinaus bekannt ist, dann das "Genusstheater" als Restaurant, das erst kürzlich mit dem Bib Gourmand vom Guide Michelin ausgezeichnet wurde, weiter zum Wollschwein, das mittlerweile unsere kulinarische DNA geworden ist, hin zur KostBar, wo man im Verkaufsbereich die zahlreichen Produkte und Weine verkosten und dann in einem der Gästezimmer mit Pool relaxen kann.

Kurzum: Wir sind ein vielfältiges Unternehmen, welches sich in stetigem Wachstum befindet und von einem kreativen Team geführt wird.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir eine engagierte und verantwortungsbewusste Persönlichkeit als 1 Abfüllmeister_in

Ihre Aufgaben

* Überwachung und Steuerung des Abfüllprozesses

* Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Produktionsablaufs

* Qualitätskontrollen und Einhaltung der Hygienestandards

* Führung und Koordination der Mitarbeiter im Abfüllbereich

* Durchführung von Rüst-, Wartungs- und Kontrollarbeiten an den Anlagen

* Dokumentation von Produktions- und Qualitätsdaten

* Optimierung von Arbeitsabläufen und Prozessen

Ihr Profil

* technisches Interesse

* Erfahrung in der Produktion bzw. Abfüllung von Vorteil

* Technisches Verständnis und Qualitätsbewusstsein

* Selbstständige, zuverlässige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

* Teamfähigkeit sowie Führungskompetenz

* Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit von Vorteil

Wir bieten

* Vollzeit- oder Teilzeitbeschäftigung, 20 - 40 Stunden

* Monatsbruttogehalt von EUR 3.000,--
