Stellenbeschreibung

Du liebst ultrafrische Lebensmittel und übernimmst gerne Verantwortung?

Dann gestalte das M in der Ultrafrische Abteilung als Abteilungsleitung! Hier arbeitest du mit hochwertigen Produkten wie Obst und Gemüse und sorgst für eine ansprechende, übersichtliche und frische Warenpräsentation. Dabei achtest du stets auf Qualität und sorgst gemeinsam mit deinem Team dafür, dass Qualität, Frische und Verfügbarkeit auf höchstem Niveau sind. Du behältst den Überblick über Waren, Abläufe und Kennzahlen und stellst sicher, dass unsere Kundinnen und Kunden genau das finden, was sie brauchen, um ihren Gästen ein Lächeln ins Gesicht zu zaubern.

Qualifikationen

Berufserfahrene, Profis aus der Gastro oder dem Lebensmittelhandel sowie ambitionierte Nachwuchsführungskräfte willkommen!

Bei uns bist du gut aufgehoben, wenn du die Gastro liebst, Vorerfahrung im Lebensmittelbereich mitbringst und erste Führungserfahrung hast oder den nächsten Schritt machen möchtest. Gute Deutschkenntnisse sind wichtig und jede weitere Sprache ist eine wertvolle Ergänzung! Wenn du Freude im Umgang mit Kundinnen und Kunden, einen klaren Blick für Qualität und Wirtschaftlichkeit sowie Lust auf gemeinsames Anpacken hast, bist du bei uns genau richtig! Als Führungskraft verstehst du es, dein Team zu motivieren, weiterzuentwickeln und klare Ziele zu setzen. Du gehst mit gutem Beispiel voran, triffst Entscheidungen verantwortungsbewusst und schaffst ein Arbeitsumfeld, in dem Zusammenarbeit und Wertschätzung gelebt werden.

Dein Gehalt orientiert sich an deinen Qualifikationen. Du bekommst mindestens EUR 2.850,- brutto pro Monat auf Vollzeitbasis.
