Vollzeit (38,5 Std.) - Eibiswald - Eintritt: ab sofort

Ihre Aufgabenschwerpunkte:

* Gesamtverantwortung für die Instandhaltung von Gebäuden, Maschinen, Anlagen und Betriebsmitteln

* Fachliche und organisatorische Führung des Instandhaltungsteams (Arbeitseinteilung, Terminplanung, Urlaubs- und Überstundenkoordination)

* Planung, Organisation und Umsetzung von Wartungs-, Reparatur- und Umbauarbeiten

* Koordination und Beauftragung von Fremdfirmen, Angebotsanfragen und Preisverhandlungen

* Verantwortung für gesetzliche Überprüfungen prüfpflichtiger Betriebsmittel

* Verantwortung für Sicherheitsunterweisungen und sicherheitsrelevante Themen

* Mitarbeit bei Maschinenanschaffungen, Umstellungen, Gebäudezu- und Umbauten

* Unterstützung der Geschäftsführung bei Investitions- und Förderprojekten

* Verantwortung für Entsorgung und Abfallmanagement

Ihr Profil:

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (HTL, Werkmeister, ...)

* Erfahrung bei der Wartung und Instandhaltung von Maschinen, Anlagen und Gebäuden

* Verlässliche Arbeitsweise und Leistungsbereitschaft

* Hohes Verantwortungs- und Qualitätsbewusstsein

* Zuverlässiger Teamplayer mit selbstständiger und strukturierter Arbeitsweise

* Organisationsstärke und Kostenbewusstsein

* Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
