Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir 1 Abteilungsleiter:in mechanische Fertigung Deine Aufgaben

* Führung und Organisation der mechanischen Fertigung

* Verantwortung für die termin- und qualitätsgerechte Umsetzung der Fertigungsaufträge

* Optimierung von Fertigungsprozessen und -abläufen zur Steigerung von Effizienz und Qualität

* Führung, Motivation und Weiterentwicklung des Fertigungsteams

* Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen wie Technik, Fertigungsplanung, Einkauf und Qualitätssicherung

* Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Sicherheits- und Umweltstandards

Dein Profil

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (z.B. Meister, Techniker, Ingenieur) im Bereich Maschinenbau, Metallbau oder vergleichbar

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der mechanischen Fertigung, idealerweise in leitender Position

* Führungskompetenz, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Teamorientierung

* Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und eigenständige Arbeitsweise

* Gute EDV-Kenntnisse (z.B. MS Office, ERP-Systeme)
