Als Abteilungsleiter im Bereich Obst & Gemüse trägst du die Verantwortung für die erfolgreiche Führung deiner Abteilung. Du sorgst für eine ansprechende Warenpräsentation, gewährleistest höchste Qualitäts- und Frischestandards und behältst Bestände, Bestellungen sowie die optimale Mengenplanung stets im Blick.

Mit deinem Organisationsgeschick führst du dein Team zielorientiert und stellst gemeinsam mit ihm ein erstklassiges

Deine Aufgaben

Du führst dein Team fachlich und sorgst für eine motivierende Arbeitsatmosphäre.

Du stellst einen reibungslosen Ablauf in der Abteilung sicher und optimierst laufend bestehende Prozesse.

Du verantwortest die Mengenplanung sowie die Disposition unseres Warensortiments.

Du sorgst für eine ansprechende Warenpräsentation und eine korrekte Bestandspflege.

Du kontrollierst die Qualität und Frische unserer Produkte und stellst höchste Standards sicher.

Du berätst und betreust unsere Kundinnen und Kunden kompetent und serviceorientiert.

Du wickelst Feinkommissionierungen zuverlässig und termingerecht ab.

Dein Profil

Erfahrung im Bereich Obst & Gemüse oder in einem verwandten Berufsfeld mit dem Wunsch, den nächsten

Karriereschritt zu gehen Erste Führungserfahrung von Vorteil Ausgeprägtes Frische- und Qualitätsbewusstsein

Bereitschaft, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und die Abteilung erfolgreich zu führen Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Du bringst Führungskompetenz, Organisationstalent und Leidenschaft für frische Lebensmittel mit?
