Ihre Aufgaben:

Als Abteilungsleitung im Getränkebereich übernehmen Sie die Verantwortung für eine der wichtigsten Abteilungen unseres Marktes. Neben der fachlichen und wirtschaftlichen Steuerung stehen die Betreuung unserer Kunden sowie die Weiterentwicklung des Sortiments im Mittelpunkt Ihrer Tätigkeit.

* Aktive Betreuung und Beratung unserer Kunden im Markt

* Führung, Motivation und Entwicklung des Teams

* Verantwortung für Umsatz, Spanne, Warenverfügbarkeit sowie den wirtschaftlichen Erfolg der Abteilung

* Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung des Getränke- und Weinsortiments in Abstimmung relevanter Schnittstellen

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit unserer Verkaufsberatung und anderen internen Schnittstellen

* Laufende Analyse von Lagerständen, Mengenfluss sowie aktives Management von Beständen

* Verantwortung für das Weinlager

* Planung, Organisation und Durchführung von Verkostungen und Veranstaltungen

* Sicherstellung und Kontrolle der QM-Richtlinien sowie Bearbeitung relevanter Qualitätsmanagement-Themen

* Verantwortung für die optimale Warenpräsentation und das optische Erscheinungsbild der Abteilung

Ihr Profil:

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung sowie Berufserfahrung im Lebensmittelhandel, Getränkefachhandel, Weinhandel oder in der Gastronomie

* Mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung inkl. Führung von Vorteil

* Fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich Getränke und Wein sowie ein gutes betriebswirtschaftliches Verständnis

* Hohe Kunden- und Serviceorientierung sowie Freude an aktiver Verkaufsarbeit

* Gute EDV-Kenntnisse (MS Office, idealerweise SAP)

* Organisationsstärke, Eigeninitiative und unternehmerisches Denken

* Flexibilität, Belastbarkeit und Hands-on-Mentalität

* Reisebereitschaft für Zentraltermine, Schulungen, Messen und Veranstaltungen

* Sommelier-Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Weinfachkenntnisse von Vorteil
