Für unsere Niederlassung in Vösendorf suchen wir ab sofort eine engagierte und flexible 1 Abteilungsleitung Outdoor (m/w/d) I Baumschule und Saisonpflanzen Vollzeit 38,5h/Woche

Zu den wesentlichen Aufgaben zählen

* Eigenverantwortliche Organisation der Abteilungen Baumschule und Saisonpflanzen nach Zielvorgaben

* Fachliche Führung und Entwicklung von rund 6 MitarbeiterInnen im Team

* Verantwortung für eine optimale und ansprechende Warenpräsentation

* Unterstützung der MitarbeiterInnen auf der Fläche und aktive Kundenberatung

* Durchführung von Inventuren

Was Sie idealerweise mitbringen

* Einschlägige Ausbildung oder Berufserfahrung (z.B. als FloristIn, GärtnerIn, Gartencenterkauffrau/-mann...)

* Fachwissen im Pflanzenbereich

* Erste Erfahrung in der Führung eines kleinen Teams von Vorteil

* Sicherer Umgang mit EDV-Anwendungen

* Eigenverantwortliche, strukturierte sowie kundenorientierte Arbeitsweise

* Überstundenbereitschaft vor allem zu unseren Saisonzeiten (März bis Mai)
