Ihre Aufgaben:

* Gesamtverantwortung für den laufenden Betrieb der Kaffeerösterei

* Führung, Koordination und Einteilung eines Teams von 4 Mitarbeiter (m/w/d)

* Sicherstellung einer termingerechten Auslieferung sowie der Einhaltung unserer Qualitätsstandards und Vorgaben

* Planung und Steuerung der Warenbeschaffung und des Warenversands

* Überwachung und Optimierung der Produktionsabläufe und Prozesse

* Sicherstellung der Produktion gemäß den gültigen Qualitätsmanagement-Standards

* Verantwortung für die richtige Bedienung, Einstellung und Auslastung der Produktionsanlagen

* Erkennen und Koordinieren von Wartungs-, Revisions- und Instandhaltungsbedarfen

* Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung, Weiterentwicklung und Darstellung neuer Produkte

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Einkauf, Vertrieb und weiteren internen Schnittstellen

* Professionelle Bearbeitung von Reklamationen

* Durchführung bzw. Begleitung von Kundenführungen durch die Produktion

Ihr Profil:

* Abgeschlossene höhere technische Ausbildung, z. B. HTL, FH oder Studium, idealerweise in den Bereichen Prozess- bzw. Verfahrenstechnik, Regeltechnik, Maschinenbau, Lebensmitteltechnologie oder vergleichbar

* Erfahrung in der Produktionsleitung bzw. in einer vergleichbaren verantwortungsvollen Funktion von Vorteil

* Ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis für Produktionsanlagen und deren Anforderungen

* Sehr hohe Kaffee-Affinität

* Interesse und idealerweise Erfahrung im Bereich Verkostung sowie sensorischer und visueller Beurteilung von Kaffee

* Grundkenntnisse im Qualitätsmanagement

* Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office und idealerweise SAP

* Gute Englischkenntnisse, insbesondere für die Kommunikation mit internationalen Handelspartnern und Tradern

* Hands-on-Mentalität, Emphatie und Führungsstärke
